Initial Teacher Training Programmes

Are you thinking about a career in teaching?

At Trinity Academy we believe passionately in ‘growing our own’ staff and have a strong track record of providing both ITT (initial teacher training) and PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) students with highly effective training, which equips them with the skills needed to excel in their teaching careers. Many of our past trainees currently work within our school delivering the high quality education which our students deserve.

We work closely with training providers and local universities to provide a highly structured, effective training programme that is tailored to the individual needs of our trainees to enable them to confidently inspire students from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5. Many of our trainees currently work within our school as qualified teachers delivering the high quality education which our students deserve.
