Technology Technician

Term time only plus 10 days. 37.5 hours per week (8.00am – 4.00pm, daily)

Responsible to the Head of Design and Technology we are seeking a technician to join our team as soon as possible. 

The successful candidate will be able to prepare materials and equipment for lessons at the request of teachers and be confident at maintaining tools and equipment.  You should be competent at setting up workshop tools and machinery and be able to carry out regular and scheduled health and safety checks on tools and equipment.  The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills as you will be required to assist teachers in lessons as and when required.  A willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential.
