Impressive A Level results for 2019 have cemented Trinity Academy’s place among the top Sixth Form providers in the Doncaster area.
Schools and colleges are ranked using a points based system, with points awarded for the average A Level grades achieved by students. In 2019, Trinity Academy’s students averaged 32.82 points for their A Level results, making it the fourth highest ranking further education provider in the Doncaster area. The school’s overall A Level attainment increased in 2019, but progress was particularly impressive in certain subjects, with Biology, Psychology, Media, Chemistry, English, Economics and Mathematics students performing particularly well.
The director of the school’s Sixth Form, Paul Flint, said: “We were delighted with the increase in A Level attainment last year, but the results show just how strong progress was in a number of subjects. Although these A Level results put us firmly among the top performing further education providers in the Doncaster area, we’re won’t be resting on our laurels. We aim to push standards even higher as we strive to become the area’s top A Level provider.”
